Got in some rare 1st printings of the PHB and DMG. They each have the yellow-orange endpaper inside covers, yellow and red striped fabric spine inlay, and binding stitching is 5/8″.

The later, much more common printings went with white flypaper, dispensed with the fabric spine inlay, and hid the stitching (now 1″). Printing details at the Acaeum


2nd printing interior photos

[Update 18 March 2024] I found these photos in my file folders, makes sense to place them here. Inside a 2nd Beta printing (see Acaeum link above). This printing was rebound after it was discovered to have Monster Manual pages inside.
