I noticed some differences between two Mutant Year Zero Core Rulebooks today, and that piqued my curiosity as always.
They’re different printings of course. In looking them up, I noticed that the prints are fairly well-documented inside the books, but not so well on the internet. The Free League forums have a few threads about changes and corrections, but there’s no official errata sheet I’m aware of.
The MYZ RPG is badged with Modiphius in the first couple of printings, then entirely Free League.

Primarily a graphics change in the MYZ logo.

Cleverly, they allowed the printing notes to be cumulative.
To the best of my knowledge, the printings and their years: 1st (2014), 2nd (2015), 3rd (2017), 4th (2020), 5th & 6th (2021).
Here’s the text:
UPDATES IN THE FOURTH — SIXTH PRINTINGS: This is the sixth printing of Mutant: Year Zero. The book remains essentially the same as the third, fourth and fifth printings, with only minor cosmetic changes.
UPDATES IN THE THIRD PRINTING: The third printing of Mutant Year Zero remained essentially the same as the first and second printings, but a few minor updates were mode from the second printing. The rules for Mutation Points for NPCs (page 70) were changed, the initiative rules (page 79) were modified again, the grappling rules were updated (page 84) and for recovery of Strength and Agility (page 90) were modified.
UPDATES IN THE SECOND PRINTING: The second printing of Mutant; Year Zero contained some rules updates compared to the first printing: Opposed rolls were added (page 48), affecting the Sneak (page 50), Scout (page 51) and Manipulate (page 53) skills. Also, the Dog Handler’s talents (page 64), the initiative rules (page 79), and the rules for armor (page 88) were updated.
Changes were very minor after the 3rd printing.
The MYZ PDF on DriveThruRPG is the 4th printing (as of this writing, October 2024).
The word “slave” was supposedly changed to “grunt” at some point. A Find search in my 4th printing PDF shows 17 references to slaves and slavery.
