Today we look at an early time-travelling RPG.
“Man, Myth, & Magic is a fantasy role playing game set in the ancient world. A world seen not from our modern historical perception; but rather through the eyes of the people who lived it. A world filled with magic and sorcery, demons and monsters, and incredible powers and forces that hold the key to the domination of all mankind…
Reincarnate as an Egyptian sorceror, a British Druid, even, perhaps an Irish Leprechaun to face the might and mysteries of the ancient world.”

1982 … Herbie Brennan … Yaquinto Publications 4306
Also credited with development is J. Stephen Peek. The artist is uncredited, but the cover art is signed “Hagen”. Interior illustrations are uncredited, as well as the cartography.
Several adventures followed up on the core box set, see the reference site page for more info.
This set has caused me some trouble in the used book trade. There is an unrelated encyclopedia set of the same name. Twice I’ve had folks buying this RPG set thinking it was the hardcover collection.
