Usually gamers roll 1-100 using a pair of d10 as percentile dice. One of the ten sided dice serves as the Tens digit, the other represents the Ones.

Famed old school game and dice designer Lou Zocchi created a single 100-sided die back in the Eighties.

The Zocchihedron is a golf ball sized clear plastic sphere with facets, manufactured by Gamescience. They come in a number of colors. This black die came through the shop in 2021. I have the white die below in the shop at the moment.

They don’t roll that great, at least the couple I’ve had pass through the shop. Here’s one alongside a couple of old school TSR percentile dice.

To be fair, the Zocchihedrons have seen a number of improvements over the years, including adding different weights to act as a brake. Maybe these are early examples. This white die definitely has weights though; it rattles when shaken.
